Integrated Design Service means you have just one point of contact to accomplish all of your project design goals and everything is well connected.  Our small footprint means that Civil, Structural, and Architectural Engineering comes together seamlessly in-house.  We may be small but can manage multi-milion dollar projects by relying on our long standing relationships with other professionals in the industry when needed.  These may consist of any combination of Surveyors, Geotechnical Engineers, Environmental Engineers, Traffic Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planning Consultants, Land Use Attorneys, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Fire Protection Designers, Interior Designers, Accoustical Consultants, Industrial Consultants, and other Specialty Engineers and Architects.  You do not want to embark on your project starting at the left end of the learning curve of Design Management when it comes to coordinating the labrynth of people it takes to get your goals met and a permit approved in the 21st century.  Time, money, and design opportunities are just too big of a risk for your project.  If we don't have a certain design capablity in-house, we will put the right team together.
